About the Role">

This exciting opportunity is for a Customer Service Representative to join our established team based at our Melbourne plant. As a key member of our Customer Service team, you will play a critical role in managing our customer's journey from Sales Representative through to the shipment of goods here at MCC Label.

You will provide excellent customer service throughout our customer's journey, develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products, services, policies, and processes, and collaborate across internal teams to coordinate and support the customer journey.

  • Providing exceptional customer service and resolving inquiries in a timely and professional manner.">
  • Developing and maintaining a comprehensive knowledge of our products, services, policies, and processes to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.">
  • Completing non-compliance reports as required and handling numerous orders simultaneously.">
  • Collaborating with internal teams to coordinate and support the customer journey and providing assistance to fellow colleagues during times of absence or peak periods.">
  • Demonstrating strong organization and time management skills, adaptability, and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.">

Our ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, intermediate proficiency in personal computer skills using the Windows operating system, and experience in customer service within the manufacturing industry. Familiarity with CRM software or other customer support tools is also desirable.
