Job Description

This is a full-time position operating on Sundays to Thursdays with varying hours. The ideal candidate will support delivering great customer experiences from the stock room to the selling floor by being fast, accurate, and efficient.

The Back of House Assistant will be responsible for receiving, unpacking, processing, organizing, labeling, and storing merchandise back of house. Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the manager with handling deliveries and maintaining order and tidiness of the back of house area
  • Assisting the sales team with product queries and customer requests
  • Maintaining back of house standards in line with company expectations
  • Ensuring products are priced and tagged correctly
  • Assisting in maintaining standards on the shop floor replenishing stock levels when needed
