This role is responsible for managing the IT solutions that support corporate service functions, including:
- Human Resources
- Finance
- Safety and Compliance
- Marketing and Corporate Affairs
- Legal
- Fleet Procurement Services
- Property and Greenfox (ESG)
- Security (ArmSec)
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT project management, with experience in managing project delivery frameworks, resource capacity, and risk governance. They will also have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence senior executives and drive business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement IT strategies that align with the company's overall goals
- Manage IT solutions that support corporate service functions
- Lead IT project management teams to deliver projects on time and within budget
- Develop and maintain relationships with senior executives and stakeholders
- Drive business outcomes through effective leadership and collaboration
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
- 15+ years of experience in IT industry
- 5+ years of experience in senior IT leadership role
- Proven track record in collaborating with senior leaders to interpret business needs
- Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, enterprise architecture, and technology governance
