Aged Care and Disability Support Professionals

We empower individuals to deliver personalized support services to people with disabilities, elderly individuals, and their families.

This role offers flexibility and autonomy, allowing professionals to manage their own business and provide a range of support services including personal care, mental health support, community access, domestic duties, meal preparation, transport, continence management, and hoists and transfers.

Key aspects of this role include:

  • Personal Care: Providing assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Mental Health Support: Offering emotional support and guidance to individuals with mental health conditions.
  • Community Access & Social Companionship: Accompanying clients on outings and engaging in social activities to promote social interaction and inclusion.
  • Domestic Duties & Meal Preparation: Assisting with household chores and preparing meals for clients.
  • Transport & Running Errands: Providing transportation and running errands for clients.
  • Continence Management: Assisting with continence care and managing incontinence products.
  • Hoists & Transfers: Safely transferring clients using hoists and other equipment.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently, and demonstrate a genuine passion for delivering high-quality support services. Types: Subcontract, Casual Location: Miranda NSW 2228 (required) Work Location: In person
