About the Role
  • Job Description: Design and develop power electronics systems, including BMS, using mathematical analysis, modelling, and simulation
  • Project Management: Plan and manage innovative power electronics projects from concept to delivery
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to deliver high-quality outcomes
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical/Electronic Engineering
  • Experience in battery management systems (BMS)
  • Planning and managing innovative power electronics projects
  • Design verification, including production validation
  • Proficiency in analog and digital circuit designs
  • Communication protocols (SPI, I2C, RS485, Ethernet POE, etc.)
  • EMI/EMC understanding and product experience
  • Production support experience
  • UL/CE Compliance (EMC, Safety, RED, RoHS, REACH)
  • DFM (Design for Manufacture)
  • Analytical thinking for circuit debugging
