Key Responsibilities
- Develop and Implement Test Methodologies: Design, maintain, and implement test methodologies, processes, products, and tools throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). This includes devising testing methods for individual and multiple software components, documenting all stages of the test process, and coordinating with the Software Tech Lead.
- Test Execution and Validation: Execute tests, conduct peer reviews, log results, and validate test outcomes.
- Requirements Management: Assist with requirements management for projects and software products.
- Defect Analysis and Reporting: Analyze defects, report findings, and collaborate with project teams as necessary.
Qualifications and Skills
- Essential Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles, experience producing technical documentation, experience working in an agile team, experience setting up test environments, and excellent communication skills.
- Desirable Qualifications: Experience working in a software development environment using Azure DevOps, basic knowledge of SQL queries, engineering or IT qualifications, and experience working with military software testing/documentation standards.
