Physiotherapist / Exercise Physiologist / Osteo Specialist

IPAR is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Physiotherapist / Exercise Physiologist / Osteo Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Case Management: You will be responsible for managing caseloads, working closely with Rehabilitation Assistants to alleviate administrative tasks.
- Return to Work Outcomes: You will apply your clinical knowledge to improve return to work outcomes for our clients.
- Injury Prevention and Education: You will work with employers and employees to develop and implement injury prevention and workplace education programs.
- Collaboration and Communication: You will work collaboratively with injured workers, employers, medical and allied health professionals to deliver comprehensive services.
- Assessments and Evaluations: You will complete a variety of assessments using your clinical and discipline-specific allied health skills, such as Functional Capacity Evaluations, Worksite Assessments, Ergonomic Assessments, and Activities of Daily Living Assessments.
- A qualification in Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiologist or Osteopathy.
- Full Registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Strong communication skills to build and develop relationships.
- Excellent time management skills - be able to work autonomously as well as within a team environment.
- A desire to problem-solve with the confidence to be innovative, use your initiative and achieve results.
- A passion for injury prevention, return to work, and the associated health benefits.
- Energy and drive to grow our services.
- A current driver's license and access to your own vehicle.
