Main responsibilities include:

  • Developing end-to-end content that reflects our brand tone & style across multiple platforms
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to identify opportunities for content enhancements
  • Communicating complex information in simple, authentic, and friendly language

The ideal candidate will be an experienced writer or editor who has a genuine passion for UX writing, developing strategies based on insights from real people, and experience working with user research and analyzing customer feedback.

We're looking for someone with excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to work in an agile environment and adapt to changing priorities.
