Job Description:

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of transport solutions. You will lead the innovation and optimization of our transport networks across Australia and beyond.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a transport solution design strategy aligned with growth and customer priorities.
  • Design and optimize national and regional transport networks using scenario modeling, route optimization, and service configuration.
  • Collaborate across Sales, Operations, IT, Finance, and Customer teams to ensure integrated, end-to-end solution delivery.
  • Champion the development of robust commercial models to inform pricing strategies, tenders, and investment cases.
  • Evaluate and balance asset-based, hybrid, and 4PL models to optimize for cost, flexibility, and service performance.
  • Embed digital capabilities, analytics, and automation into solution design tools and methodologies.
  • Drive quality assurance and governance, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Requirements:

  • Relevant university degree in transport, logistics, supply chain, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in transport solution design or supply chain strategy, with 5+ years in senior leadership.
  • Proven ability to lead large-scale transformation or optimization projects across complex networks.
  • Expertise in commercial modeling, cost-to-serve analysis, and strategic network design.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across technical and commercial domains.
