Chief Risk Officer

The role is a pivotal position within our organization.
You will be at the heart of our risk management activities, supporting senior leaders and driving a proactive risk culture across our division.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enhance our ability to identify, assess, and mitigate risks
- Ensure seamless integration of risk management frameworks and strategies into business operations
- Promote innovative risk management solutions aligning with strategic direction and growth objectives
Requirements:
- Strong background in risk management, ideally across P&C and/or Group Risk landscape and within a leadership position
- Proven track record of supporting development and implementation of risk management frameworks, particularly within financial services industry
- Ability to provide pragmatic risk advice, deliver risk insights, and support business in reducing complexity and risk
