Job Title:

Manager, Accounts Payable

We seek an experienced Manager to lead our dynamic team in delivering exceptional results.

The successful candidate will be a key player in our Accounts Payable function, leveraging their expertise to drive process excellence and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely and accurate supplier payments, underpinned by robust financial controls that safeguard company assets.
  • Accurate cost accounting through Procurement to Pay processes and trusted custodian of online banking operations.
  • Bring structure and clarity to reporting obligations, ensuring business actions, management oversight, and statutory requirements are met and exceeded.
  • Invest in the growth and development of your team, elevating capability across the board.

Requirements:

  • Australian citizenship with Defence security clearance or ability to obtain one.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Commerce, or similar.
  • Previous experience in a similar role with leadership skills.
  • Previous experience in a high-risk industry is preferred (Defence, Construction, Aviation).
