Job Title: Production Supervisor

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Production Supervisor to join our team on a full-time basis. As a Production Supervisor, you will play a key role in leading and managing the daily operations of our production unit.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead by example and demonstrate high standards of quality, safety, and productivity.
  • Supervise and train team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Monitor and control inventory levels, ensuring that stock is maintained at optimal levels.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or issues that may arise during production.
Requirements:
  • A strong background in food production or a related industry.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • First aid and CPR certification an asset.
