The Front Office Receptionist Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to fill the position of Front Office Receptionist. Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction
  • Efficiently processing check-ins and outs using our booking system
  • Maintaining accurate records and managing accounts
  • Collaborating with the Housekeeping team to track accommodation readiness
  • Providing guests with essential information on our park and local attractions
  • Completing daily office administration tasks
  • Fostering strong relationships with park teams, residents, and guests
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience working in a front office environment within the hospitality industry
  • A genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including RMS or comparable reservation systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to handle cash transactions accurately
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • An enthusiastic and positive attitude
  • Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and evenings as needed
  • A current driver's license
