Strata Portfolio Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Strata Portfolio Assistant to join our team at Huntd Recruit. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Strata Portfolio Managers, ensuring the smooth operation of our portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to Strata Portfolio Managers, including email management, data entry, and document preparation.
  • Ensure all legislative obligations are met, including compliance with strata laws and regulations.
  • Assist with processing and following up on maintenance requests, ensuring timely completion and resolution.
  • Prepare meeting documents and minutes, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Perform general typing, scanning, and photocopying of documents, maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
  • Attend to customer queries via email, phone, or in person, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Assist in maintaining records and statutory deadlines, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
Requirements:
  • Strong administration experience, with a focus on strata management.
  • 6 months of strata experience, with a strong understanding of strata laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Solid computer skills, with the ability to learn new strata systems and software.
  • Professional telephone manners and skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Willingness to learn and be a team player, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results.
