Site Foreman Role

We are seeking an experienced Site Foreman to join our team at a large multi-story residential project. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in structures and be able to assume responsibility for the labourers and logistics of the project.



About the Role

This is a collaborative team environment where you will report to the site manager. Diligent adherence to planning and quality control processes is essential to ensure everything happens as intended.


You will work with a team of up to 10 site staff on an 11 story residential project. You must be conversant with building codes, standards and methodologies and have a solutions-driven approach to solve problems and manage conflict.



Your Skills and Qualifications
  • A trade or Construction Management qualification is a must
  • A QBCC Builders Open licence (supervisor / builder) is required
  • You must be able to work in a full-time position with an immediate start
  • You will need a driver's Licence and construction white card
  • You should be passionate about building and willing to share part of team success
