About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Governance and People Analyst. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in supporting both People and Governance Programs across the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the design and delivery of People, Governance, and Risk (PG&R) programs, including reporting and data analytics.
  • Complete reports and presentations to assist Executive Management decision-making.
  • Coordinate elements of Arc's Sustainability and Compliance Programs.
  • Coordinate system improvements to support the accurate recording of required data.
  • Organize and contribute to relevant reports for Arc's People and Sustainability Committees.
  • Conduct data analysis on various areas to support business decision-making and prepare in-depth reports as required.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A strong focus on problem-solving and business improvement.
  • Expertise in drafting reports and presentations, including the preparation of findings and recommendations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a sound verbal and written communication ability.
  • Proven experience in data analytics, with strong analytical skills to understand and provide insights to management.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate in a way that builds trust and encourages discussion around operational inefficiencies and improvements.
  • Experience in or desire to develop system administration duties.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft programs, with Power BI experience a plus.
  • Tertiary qualification in business, commerce, accounting, or a related discipline (desirable but not essential).
