Job Title: Senior Cost Manager/Quantity SurveyorThis is an exciting opportunity to lead our team in delivering high-quality cost management services for various projects. As a Senior Cost Manager, you will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and develop effective solutions.Key Responsibilities:- Lead the team to deliver MEP services across various projects including Defence, Health, and Commercial- Manage and develop our team to deliver high-quality cost management services- Estimate and cost plan for projects, including producing and presenting the final cost plan to internal and external clients- Deal effectively with post-contract cost variances and change control processesRequirements:- Must be in Australia with full working rights- Recognised degree qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or Engineering- MRICS/AIQS accreditation or equivalent ideal- Relevant work experience ideally in a consultancy environmentBenefits:We offer a great place to work where each person has the opportunity and voice to affect change.
