A prestigious cafe is seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Attendant to join its dynamic team.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced professional with excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for taking orders, processing payments, and providing high-quality food and beverage service to our members and guests.

This is a part-time role requiring flexible availability to work shifts during the week and on weekends. Shift times can range between 7:00am starts to 5:30pm finishes.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional service to members and guests
  • Take orders and process payments accurately
  • Replenish food and beverage amenities
  • Operate POS register and handle cash as required
  • Maintain a clean and tidy service area
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a Food and Beverage role
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Passion for the hospitality industry
  • Friendly, positive, energetic disposition
  • Exceptional presentation and grooming standards
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Previous food hygiene experience
  • Ability to work under pressure and multitask during peak periods
