Job DescriptionThis role is based mainly in branches and will deliver a high standard of customer service to ensure customers are not only satisfied, but strong advocates for ANZ. As a Banking Consultant, you'll play a key role in helping to provide customers with a seamless banking experience, through meeting each customer's end-to-end financial needs and goals across transaction activities, needs based conversations and educating them on the financial solutions available, including digital.
You will be part of a collaborative team and will act as a role model and peer coach to deliver the best possible customer experience. You will be passionate about delivering on our Customer Promises to ensure customers leave the branch as strong advocates of ANZ.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to meet the financial needs of our customers.
- Build relationships with customers to understand their financial goals and objectives.
- Develop and implement financial solutions to meet customer needs.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
- Exceptional customer focus and retail experience.
- Experience in using technology and digital channels.
- Lending experience or willingness to progress to lending.
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to change.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
