The Role:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team as a Clinical Nurse 4GNS. In this crucial role, you will play a pivotal part in delivering exceptional care to our patients with complex health conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients with complex health conditions, collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
  2. Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, fostering a supportive and inclusive environment.
  3. Provide comprehensive nursing care, administering medications, conducting assessments, and developing individualized care plans tailored to each patient's unique needs.

Requirements:

  1. Registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and who holds, or who is eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate.
  2. Effective communication skills including, problem solving, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills.
  3. Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
