We are seeking a skilled Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to join our Finance team. This is an exciting opportunity to share your expertise in driving growth & profitability.


About the Role:

  1. Support the Head of FP&A in managing financial planning, forecasting, and variance analysis to drive business success.
  2. Partner with key business leaders to understand key performance drivers and ensure timely delivery of financial objectives.
  3. Prepare and present management reports, dashboards, and gather commentary for Executive Management.
  4. Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives and scenario planning.
  5. Analyse performance across planning and forecasting cycles and provide insights on actual results and implications for the longer-term financial outlook.

About You:

  • Tertiary qualification in Accounting or Business, with CA/CPA qualification highly regarded.
  • Strong technical financial modelling and forecasting expertise, advanced Excel skills, and knowledge of financial systems (SAP/Oracle).
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate cross-functionally and engage with stakeholders at all levels.
