We're seeking experienced disability support workers to join our team providing ongoing care to NDIS participants. As a contractor, you'll have the chance to make a real impact while working on your terms.

About the Role:

This is an opportunity for motivated and compassionate individuals to provide high-quality care and support to people with disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and support to clients with varying needs and abilities;
  • Assist with daily living tasks, including meal preparation, bathing, and mobility assistance;
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, their families, and other stakeholders;
  • Maintain accurate records of client progress and communicate effectively with the support network;

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year experience supporting individuals with disability;
  • NDIS Worker Check;
  • First Aid Certificate;
  • Current driver licence and access to a reliable vehicle;
  • Public liability and professional indemnity insurance;
