About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Hairdresser to join our team at Hairhouse Williamstown. As a Hairdresser, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients, providing expert hair services and advice to help them feel confident and beautiful.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a regular clientele through exceptional customer service and personalized hair care advice.
  • Deliver high-quality hair services, including cuts, colors, and styling, while maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
  • Provide full consultations, product advice, and rebooking to maintain clients' hair plans and goals.
  • Support a high-performing salon team by actively promoting National Marketing campaigns and contributing to sales growth.

Requirements:

  • Certificate III in Hairdressing qualification (essential)
  • Previous experience in Hairdressing (preferable)
  • Excellent customer service skills and strong communication abilities
  • Passion for hair and beauty, with a commitment to delivering exceptional results
