Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with retail sales representatives.
  • Ensure that all in-store merchandising standards are consistently met.
  • Perform fixture maintenance and cleaning tasks, as well as restocking.
  • Support the launch of new products by coordinating displays and promotional materials.
  • Audit stock levels and verify compliance with display requirements.
  • Document store visits and product information through our proprietary StoreTrack App.

Requirements for Success:

  • An interest in technology is preferred, but not required; comprehensive training will be provided.
  • While retail or customer service experience is beneficial, it's not a necessity.
  • Flexibility to work some Tuesdays and Fridays is expected, with other days available on a flexible basis.
  • A valid Australian driver's license and reliable vehicle are necessary, with paid kilometers reimbursed.
  • A confident and enthusiastic personality, strong communication and organizational skills, and a talent for building lasting connections are essential.
