Job Summary: Synaco Global Recruitment is seeking a skilled Factory Hand to join our client's team in Western Sydney. As a Factory Hand, you will be responsible for operating machinery, performing manual handling tasks, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

About the Role:

  • Operate machinery such as shearers, benders, and wire straighteners
  • Use overhead cranes to move heavy loads
  • Operate forklifts to transport materials
  • Perform manual handling tasks, including lifting and carrying heavy objects
  • Contribute to general housekeeping and maintenance of the factory
  • Load and unload mesh and steel products

Requirements:

  • Must have a valid forklift license
  • Experience in heavy manufacturing is essential
  • Overhead crane experience is highly desirable
  • Ability to lift heavy objects up to 20kg
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Own transport is preferred, but not essential
  • Punctuality and reliability are a must

  • A Monday to Friday work schedule
