Job Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced hospitality professional to fill this key position.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Greet and serve customers with a positive attitude and provide exceptional customer service
  • Take orders and operate the point-of-sale system efficiently
  • Pack takeaway orders and maintain a clean and organized service area
  • Assist with food preparation and basic cooking tasks, adhering to high standards of food safety and hygiene
  • Clean tables, kitchen areas, and utensils, maintaining a clean and tidy environment
  • Support the team with any other duties as required, promoting a positive and collaborative work atmosphere

Requirements:

  • RSA Certification (Responsible Service of Alcohol) is mandatory
  • Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality role is essential
  • Basic barista skills are necessary for this position
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
