Job Title: Pool Safety Professional

Mandurah Aquatic and Recreational Centre is seeking dedicated individuals to assume a critical role in maintaining aquatic safety standards.

• Patrol pool areas, ensuring a secure environment for patrons
• Provide first aid when necessary
• Foster positive relationships with aquatic clients
• Calmly manage challenging situations
• Erect and dismantle equipment as required
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of pool facilities

To be successful in this position, you will possess:

• A Royal Lifesaving Society Pool Lifeguard Award or equivalent qualification
• A Provide First Aid Award
• National Police Clearance
• A Working with Children Check (desired)

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proven capacity to work collaboratively within a team.

This role may involve working on weekdays and weekends, with shifts spanning 5.30am – 9pm, including school hours being highly desirable.
