We are seeking passionate and engaged part-time retail associates to join our team.

You will be involved in the customer journey from pre-testing equipment to dispensing and providing customized frames and lenses that meet their lifestyle needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing Exceptional Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and maintain a positive attitude
  • Assisting Customers with Frame Selection and Lens Options: Help customers choose frames and lenses that fit their style and preferences
  • Dispensing and Fitting Glasses: Ensure accurate fit and comfort by adjusting glasses as needed

Requirements:

  • Retail Experience: Previous experience in retail is desirable but not essential
  • Strong Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Passion for Helping Others: A genuine interest in helping others see the beauty in life
