Our client, a leading organisation in Melbourne CBD, is seeking a dedicated HSE Administrator to join their corporate team for a minimum 6-month contract.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain accurate document control management systems, ensuring documents are up-to-date, correctly formatted, and communicated to relevant stakeholders.
- Manage company policies, ensuring they are updated, approved, and effectively communicated throughout the organisation.
- Coordinate planning and scheduling for all Corporate Services department activities.
- Maintain asset management registers, hazardous chemicals lists, hazard registers, and incident management databases.
- Prepare and disseminate mandatory reports, including monthly HSEQ Board reports.
- Ensure efficient tracking of training management database and action updates.
- Arrange meetings and take minutes as necessary.
- Proven experience in an HSE administrative role, preferably within manufacturing or a related field.
- Certificate IV in WHS or higher qualification.
- At least one year's experience in an admin support role or similar.
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, including SharePoint.
- Familiarity with HSE management software.
- Able to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive and positive attitude towards continuous improvement in safety and environmental performance.
