Trading Infrastructure Specialist

The ETP team is responsible for the firm's low latency trading infrastructure.

We are a dynamic and innovative global technology group dedicated to ensuring robust, secure, and high-performance trading environments.

By leveraging the latest technology, we optimize trading performance for our clients, helping them manage risk while enhancing the trading infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain backend services supporting low latency trading infrastructure.
  • Develop and maintain infrastructure monitoring and automation services.
  • Build trading analytics solutions leveraging real-time network packet capture.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in Golang or Python.
  • Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and contribute to best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience as a backend developer.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language with a willingness to work in Python or Golang.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong written/verbal communication and collaboration skills; a team player.
  • Interest in learning about low latency Linux systems, networking, and trading knowledge.
