The position of Culinary Director is a critical role within our organization, responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences across all hotel outlets.

As the leader of the Kitchen team, you will be responsible for maintaining and delivering world-class food quality standards. This includes overseeing department planning and rostering to ensure budgeted productivity and financial targets are achieved.

You will also coordinate culinary team resources, materials, and equipment to ensure efficient execution of the culinary program across the hotel.
