High-Performance Systems Engineer

We are seeking a proactive systems professional to support and scale our automated processes.
This role involves identifying key areas for improvement, implementing robust solutions to reduce manual effort, and designing tools to support future product offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Optimize and monitor automated workflows, ensuring process efficiency and reliability.
- Implement data-driven solutions to enhance operational performance.
- Develop and integrate APIs from external services to support product offerings.
- Ensure technical documentation is up-to-date and accurate.
- Support teams in analyzing operational issues relating to engineering solutions.
- Degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 2 years of experience in process Improvement engineering role or similar.
- Proficiency in Python & SQL with understanding of data analysis.
- Strong problem-solving skills and resourcefulness.
- Experience working in the technology industry would be beneficial.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a wider team.
