About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Theatre Technician to join our dynamic and progressive department at Eastern Health.

As a Theatre Technician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients undergoing surgical procedures. You will work closely with our experienced team to ensure the smooth operation of our operating suites.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting surgeons and anaesthetists during procedures
  • Preparing and maintaining operating theatre equipment
  • Providing patient care and support
  • Collaborating with the surgical team to ensure efficient and safe operating practices

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • Cert IV Operating Theatre Technician
  • At least 36 months experience as a Theatre Technician
  • A strong commitment to high-quality patient care
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
