About the Role:

This is a challenging yet rewarding position that requires empathy, technical aptitude, and excellent communication skills. You'll work in a fast-paced environment, utilizing custom technology to ensure seamless arrangement processes and timely communication with families.

Your day-to-day tasks will include:

  • Coordinating with multiple families simultaneously, adapting to their unique needs and circumstances.
  • Collaborating with suppliers to guarantee smooth funeral ceremonies.
  • Building rapport and trust with grieving families, providing a listening ear and empathetic support.
  • Employing active listening skills to understand family needs and preferences.
  • Offering personalized service recommendations based on individual circumstances.
  • Transitioning families through the arrangement process, handing over to arrangers as needed.
  • Following up with interested families to facilitate decision-making.

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per annum (dependent on location and experience).
