About the Role

This Bakery Team Member position at our Customer Fulfilment Centre offers a comprehensive training program, where you will be trained and supported through a Skilled Bakery course. Upon completion, you will be qualified as a Skilled Baker.

Your Responsibilities
  • Assist in dough making and shaping/hand & machine molding
  • Process dough into final products
  • Bake products in the oven
  • Train in all areas of OH&S and Food Safety Standards

  • A passion for baking and a desire to learn and grow in the field
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality baked goods
  • Ability to follow recipes and instructions precisely
  • Strong work ethic and a willingness to work early mornings and weekends
