About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Research Insights Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for building relationships across the bank to uncover research needs and translating those needs into research projects. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen understanding of market trends.


Responsibilities
  • Develop strategic research initiatives that drive business growth and inform decision-making
  • Design and execute qualitative and quantitative research projects from planning through analysis, storytelling, and presentation
  • Lead a team of market research professionals in project intake, approach recommendation, execution, and insights delivery
  • Analyze complex data from multiple sources and present findings in a clear and concise manner
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest market research trends and approaches
  • Maintain high standards of quality, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Behavioral Science, Economics, Social Sciences, or equivalent experience
  • 12+ years of Market Research experience or similar role related to the specific responsibilities of this position
  • Deep expertise in quantitative and qualitative research methods; ability to recommend appropriate methodologies
  • Fluency with MS Excel, PowerPoints, and proficiency in SPSS and/or Python
