The Role

We are seeking a safety-conscious and experienced Multi-Skilled MC + Loader Operator to join our team in the Mt Isa region of Northwest QLD. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for transporting goods from our depot to local and regional sites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Expert operation and care of Qube's vehicles and equipment
  • Operating in a safe and compliant manner
  • Completing all documentation, and pre- and post-start checks

Requirements

  • Current MC drivers licence
  • Loader operator licence + experience
  • Dangerous Goods licence
  • Road train experience (A-B Triple/Quads or Triple operator skill sets)
  • Ability to obtain medical clearance (Organised by Qube)
  • Good mechanical aptitude
  • Good knowledge of load restraint and fatigue management requirements
  • Clean-shaven due to requiring the use of PPE while loading

  • Accommodation will be provided for FIFO operators and all flights will be booked and paid for by Qube from Brisbane, Townsville, and Cairns airports
