You will oversee clinical responsibilities, develop and mentor a team of clinicians, work alongside a supportive General Manager, and take control of embedding clinical governance along with the clinical leadership team.

  • You will contribute to the physical, social, and emotional wellbeing of our residents, families, and team members.
  • You will build meaningful relationships with our team, residents, and their families.
  • You will promote continuous clinical improvement and the ongoing delivery of excellence in care.
  • You will actively monitor the successful delivery of the Aged Care Standards.

Your Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Experience in a leadership or management role.
  • RN AHPRA Registration.
  • The ability to lead and take control of the clinical aspects of the operation.
