The successful candidate will promote safety values and implement safety, health, and environment policies and systems to embed safety into the culture and ways of working. You will also build and promote a team environment focused on working collaboratively to achieve team and DC objectives.

What You'll Bring

  • Experience with the development of documentation, such as work instructions, SOPs, and processes;
  • Good analysis and problem-solving skills, including analysing trends and numerical skills;
  • Experience working within a hands-on Safety role;
  • Diploma or equivalent formal qualifications in WHS or related fields.
Estimated Salary Range:

$120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.

We're a team-first organisation, where we equip you with the necessary training for success in your role and provide continuous career development and learning opportunities.

We offer competitive remuneration, access to employee benefits, team discounts across our range of Woolworths Group brands, and a robust rewards program that celebrates and incentivises purpose-driven work.
