About the Role
We are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join our Property Services team, working on a complex range of capital and revenue funded projects. The successful candidate will support the delivery of externally delivered projects and assist in the rationalisation and adaptation of our large property estate.
About the Team
Our Property Services team provides multi-disciplinary professional services for the development and maintenance of a significant portfolio of public buildings, including schools, residential homes, offices, and civic buildings. We work closely with framework contractors and consultants to deliver projects efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Budgeting, billing, and procurement
- Valuation of works and final accounts
- Financial monitoring and projection
- Preparation of reports and partnership working
Requirements
A Surveying degree is essential, and a valid UK driving licence is required for travel to various locations across Perth and Kinross. We offer a supportive management structure and flexible working arrangements to help you achieve a healthy work-life balance.
