Job Summary

We are seeking driven and ambitious individuals to join our team as Christmas Casuals. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, exceeding sales targets, and maintaining store presentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling techniques.
  • Maintain store presentation, including merchandise displays and stock levels.
  • Assist with replenishment of stock levels and ensure accurate inventory management.

Requirements

  • Candidates should have previous retail or customer service experience, preferably in high-volume fashion retail.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Pride in personal style and presentation, with an interest in fashion and trends.
  • Initiative, quick thinking, and problem-solving skills, with a passion for delivering results.
