About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team at MRAEL. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales, expanding our client base, and nurturing existing relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to generate new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Conduct comprehensive candidate sourcing, screening, and selection processes to identify top talent for our clients.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial client engagement to candidate placement and beyond.
  • Proactively identify emerging trends and market opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of recruitment initiatives and deliverables.
Requirements
  • Motivated, results-oriented individual with extensive recruitment experience.
  • Excellent communicator and relationship builder with proven experience driving sales.
  • Self-motivated and adaptable who enjoys working autonomously with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and bring new ways of thinking.
