Clinical Lead in Psychology Education

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of psychology education at Monash Health. This position oversees the planning, development, and implementation of supervision, training, education, and professional development for psychologists.
- Oversee the direction of the newly formed psychology education team
- Develop and implement high-quality educational programs for psychologists
- Supervise and develop staff and post-graduate students
- Evaluate and improve educational programs
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement educational programs for psychologists
- Lead and manage the psychology education team
- Provide supervision and mentoring to staff and students
- Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve strategic goals
- Evaluate and improve educational programs
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- General Registration as a Psychologist with the Psychology Board of Australia (AHPRA)
- Appropriate post-graduate qualifications in psychology
- Hold AHPRA endorsement in clinical psychology or forensic psychology
- Hold supervisor endorsement with the Psychology Board of Australia (AHPRA) for Registrar Supervision
- Completion or working towards a post graduate qualification in clinical education

Other Requirements:
- Minimum ten (10) years experience as a practising psychologist
- Demonstrated experience in leadership, evaluation, and implementation of service development, quality improvement, and/or research activities
