Job Description

We are seeking a customer-focused professional to join our team as a Delivery Driver in Tweed Heads. As part of the Trade Counter team, you will be responsible for assisting engineers and tradespeople with their product needs while maintaining excellent customer service standards.

Your day-to-day activities will include:

  • Providing product information and quotes to customers
  • Picking and packing orders for delivery or in-store collection
  • Maintaining a clean and organized store environment
  • Making deliveries to customers using company vehicles
Key Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Previous experience in retail sales or customer service
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems
  • A valid driver's license and ability to work flexible hours
