The Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP) is seeking an experienced leader to manage and support training coordinators and program support officers in the Northern Territory and Tasmanian regions.

This position oversees stakeholder engagement, operational improvements, and service excellence, collaborating with internal teams and external partners. As our operations team lead, you will:

  • Manage and guide training support staff for high performance across Tasmania and the Northern Territory.
  • Enhance GP training processes, manage cases and provide program advice.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external partners.
  • Ensure quality delivery of the GP Training Program across both regions.
Skills & Experience

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience leading teams in training or service delivery.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship skills.
  • Ability to drive process improvements and manage complexity.
  • Willingness to travel regularly between Tasmania and the Northern Territory.
