About the Role

This is a key position within the Asset Team, responsible for ensuring the timely delivery of approved minor works capital programs and refurbishments. The successful candidate will work closely with the National Asset Manager Aged and Home Care, key national managers, and site management to provide a safe, sustainable, and home-like environment for staff and residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage internal and contractor-managed projects for metropolitan and regional sites across Victoria.
  • Lead targeted national initiatives as identified by the National Asset Manager Aged and Home Care.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, key national stakeholders, and onsite stakeholders to ensure the timely delivery of minor works and refurbishments.
  • Ensure the delivery of national initiatives as directed by the National Asset Manager Aged and Home Care.

  • You are a great communicator and work well in a team to create strong connections with internal and external stakeholders.
