We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our diverse and welcoming team. As an Occupational Therapist with Therapy Pro, you will have the autonomy to work from home and collaborate with colleagues nationally. You will work with a highly diverse NDIS caseload, providing assessment and intervention services in various areas, including fine and gross motor skills, sensory processing, daily living skills, and adaptive equipment and minor home modifications.

We will support you in developing evidence-based practices and strategies to effect positive change. This is a stimulating and challenging role that allows you to grow your skills and expertise.

We are looking for a qualified Occupational Therapist with strong interpersonal skills, flexibility, and a willingness to work with a variety of clients and their families. You will need to hold or be willing to obtain a current Working With Children Check, a NDIS Worker Screening Check, and/or a Police Check, as applicable to your state. You will also need a full, unrestricted Australian Driver's Licence and reliable access to a registered, fully insured vehicle.

We offer an attractive salary package, commensurate with your experience, up to $144,650. This includes a base salary, superannuation, performance bonus, professional development allowance, and leave loading. You will also receive a vehicle allowance, a phone and laptop for work purposes, access to assessment and therapy tools, regular clinical supervision, and professional indemnity insurance.
