Job Title:
We are seeking an experienced Corporate Accounts Specialist to join our team in a full-time position. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, administration support, and sales assistance to nominated Corporate Accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process administrative tasks efficiently, ensuring timely completion of orders and tasks.
- Create monthly reports and manage key customer relationships, fostering effective communication between the sales team and customers.
Requirements:
- Strong organizational, administrative, and communication skills.
- Prior experience in customer service and administration, with proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Excellent customer service and sales orientation.
- Able to work accurately and efficiently under pressure.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexible and able to work autonomously.
