At St Catherine's, we are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to join our cleaning team. As a Cleaning Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and presentation of our residents' rooms and common areas.

About the Role

We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and has excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively as part of a team, maintain a safe working environment, and establish positive relationships with residents and their families.

  • A kind heart and genuine passion for providing high-quality care to the elderly
  • Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
  • Previous experience working as a cleaner (ideal)
  • Warm and empathetic interpersonal skills with experience interacting with a wide range of people
  • Ability to establish and maintain professional and appropriate relationships with residents and their families
  • A reliable team player
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively
