Sales Leadership Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Leadership Specialist to drive sales performance within the construction equipment sector.
As a key leader, you will focus on expanding market share and developing impactful sales strategies that align with our overarching business objectives.
The role will be primarily based in the Metro Region and will involve some travel across 14 branches in Victoria and South Australia, offering a diverse and rewarding experience with responsibilities that include:
- Driving sales excellence through strategic initiatives
- Collaborative inventory management to ensure alignment with growth strategies
- Mentorship and development of high-performing sales staff
- Staying ahead of market trends to identify future opportunities
- Facilitating corporate sales strategy and participating actively in strategic planning sessions

With a strong ability to cultivate team success and drive results, we seek a candidate with:
- Proven leadership in sales
- Strong financial acumen
- Industry knowledge of the Construction Equipment Industry
- A track record of success in building and managing key relationships
- Sales experience in the construction equipment industry (4-5 years)

We estimate this role has a salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
